How can A2025 be integrated in my operations in Local Committee?
Firstly, make sure to educate all members of your LC about the statements and culture of AIESEC 2025. Secondly, make sure to reach out to your MC and follow the strategies they recommend, as they are receiving guidance about aligning the entity strategy to AIESEC 2025. Lastly, make sure all actions you implement on a daily basis are aligned with the descriptions of the statements (you can find them above) as well as the culture.
What is my role as EB member to drive A2025 in my LC?
The most important role of an EB member is making sure every member of the LC is educated about statements and culture of AIESEC 2025, as well as the history of midterm directions and the process of creation of AIESEC 2025. Secondly, the role of EB is to constantly reinforce this message in LC meetings, including it in rewards system and running regular discussions shaped around AIESEC 2025 statements and culture. Lastly, the role of EB is to ensure quality of all leadership experiences delivered, financial sustainability, good membership experiences and activities aiming at delivering excellent service to our partners.
Should I deliver any session about AIESEC 2025 for my members?
Definitely! You should deliver sessions to your members right after the launch of AIESEC 2025 and later, in every onboarding and local conference. Talking about AIESEC 2025 should become a regular practice in your LC. Remember, this is not a one time topic - this is the main direction of AIESEC until 2025. Everything else revolves around it, so it is extremely important for your LC conversations and practices to be aligned.
Which parts of A2025 are going to be released after IC'20?
During International Presidents Meeting, which will happen in February'20, there will be launched final Roadmap as now you can see only draft version, goals that connected with Statements and AIESEC portfolio as was known as AIESEC experience.
How can I prepare my LC to implement AIESEC 2025?
Make sure to first educate yourself and your whole EB - go through all materials presented at this site. Also, please make sure to go through the content of International Congress 2020 where you can find a lot of information about the process and explanation of AIESEC 2025. Make sure to reach out to your MC and ask questions or propose solutions for your entity to implement AIESEC 2025. The next step is ensuring every member of your LC fully understands the elements of AIESEC 2025, the statements and descriptions as well as the culture and the meaning behind it. Organize brainstorming workshops or co-creation spaces with your LC members - empower them to come up with solutions on how your LC can align to AIESEC 2025. Think about how the routines need to evolve and what your LC is missing right now in order to comply with the descriptions.
How does COVID-19 crisis affect AIESEC 2025?
Some elements of AIESEC 2025 had to be reviewed and will be released in February 2021. However, the elements which are released already are universal - this means they are important for AIESEC to work for regardless of the global pandemic.
